Model A
Build houses (independent, row houses or apartments) depending on availability of lands for community living and the missionaries can be allowed to stay by paying rent till they find suitable alternate.

Model B
Build houses (independent, row houses or apartments) depending on availability of lands for community living and the missionaries can buy the houses on cost and they can payback the amount in easy installments.
03.
Model C
Provide co-funding to missionaries to buy apartment or build houses in their own or donated land and they can payback the amount in easy installments.
